The Festival has officially LAUNCHED!
The !VAMOS! Festival 2014 is off to a flying start after the exciting launch at The Toffee Factory in Ouseburn. The launch featured some speeches about the events and activities that lie ahead before those in attendance were treated to a host of Mardi Gras style dance performances, before being led out to the back of the venue to enjoy an ensemble of Latin and Spanish music.
Once the performance ended, it was announced that delicious food from Pica Pica! was available for tasting. From the one (ok, you got me, four) canapes we sampled, we can safely say the food is every bit as lively, authentic and amazing as the smooth Jazz the band had to offer!
